Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026. This policy explains what personal data Swyft (“we”, “us”) collects through be-swyft.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: sales@be-swyft.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email without a lawful basis.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business: Google (Analytics and Ads measurement), Calendly (call booking), Zoho CRM (enquiry management, EU data centre), Formspree (form delivery), and Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU — London region). Each processes data on our instructions under their own security and data-processing terms.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while we have an active relationship or a genuine prospect of one, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard controls.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request portability. Email sales@be-swyft.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement, and stores ad-click parameters in your browser’s local storage for attribution (expires after 90 days). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
